How many GPS trackers can I add to my account?
There is no limit. You are able to add as many trackers as you want, as long as they are “PLX” trackers. If you are managing an organisation, you can create sub-accounts and set your own restrictions for them.
What does my subscription include and how do I sign up?
Your Overwatch Tracking subscription grants you access to our advanced GPS tracking platform and secure server, along with connectivity to Telstra’s enterprise-grade 4G Cat-M1 network, offering the best coverage across Australia.
After purchasing your GPS tracker, simply sign up when you are ready, and your account details will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Is it cheaper to purchase my own sim?
Our PLX trackers will not work with your own sim card, and it is usually more expensive if you use your own.
Please be advised that Aldi Mobile and other operators have been disabling sim cards that are used for M2M purposes (such as GPS trackers) as it’s against their ToS. If you are using a tracker through a regular network operator, it’s recommended to move to our PLX range.
If you were to use your own sim card, you would be expected to pay $15-30 per month, just for the sim card. Overwatch Tracking includes the sim, server, and the platform for $15/m.

How do I set my timezone?
By default, the platform is set to UTC +10
To change your time zone, go to Settings > User Interface > Time Zone > Save
DO NOT change your time zone from the Edit Object > Accuracy section!
How do I download the app?
Click the above buttons to download the app for iPhone or Android. You can also use the web platform on your phone.
IMPORTANT AFTER INSTALLATION:
IPHONE: Click the gear icon, then click “custom server URL” and type “https://overwatchtracking.com.au”, then enter
your account details and click “Remember me”.
ANDROID: For “Server”, type “https://overwatchtracking.com.au” and then login with your account details.

How much is the tracker & subscription?
Unlike competitors, we share pricing upfront—no contact form needed.
Tracker Hardware: $199
Standard Subscription: $15/m or $149/y
PRO Subscription: $20/m or $209/y

When do I pay?
The tracker hardware requires a one-time payment, and your subscription begins only when you activate it.
Where can I buy a tracker?
Simply head over to our shop page, add to cart and checkout.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! If you are interested in fitting your fleet with 25+ trackers, please contact support for custom pricing.
I want to add additional trackers to my account
Simply send us an email with the IMEI/ID number that you wish to activate.
We will add the tracker to your account and update your subscription with a one-time, prorated charge to cover the service for the rest of your current billing cycle.
For example, if your subscription is $15 per tracker per month and you add a tracker with 20 days left in your billing period, the daily rate would be $15 ÷ 30 = $0.50. You’d be charged $10 for that tracker for the remaining 20 days.
This way, you’re only paying for the time the new tracker is active before your next monthly charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time (no questions asked) by sending us an email.
Your subscription will be set to expire at the end of your current billing period, but you’ll still have full access to the service until then.
