Transport and delivery
Trucks, vans and couriers. Know where each vehicle is and prove when deliveries happened.
Company and sales cars
Pool cars, sales reps and staff vehicles. See where they are and keep a record of business trips.
Mixed small fleets
A few vans, a trailer and the boss's car. Every vehicle and asset in one account, on one map.
Running a fleet with tracking versus without it
Without visibility, managing vehicles means phone calls, guesswork and settling arguments. Vehicle tracking for business replaces that with data you can check in seconds.
Built for running a fleet, not just dots on a map
Everything a small or growing business needs to manage vehicles day to day and review them afterwards, on desktop and mobile.
The whole fleet on one map
Every truck, van, car and trailer in one view. The map refreshes every 30 seconds on its own, so you always see current positions without reloading.
Site and depot geofences
Draw zones around your office, depot, warehouse or regular customer sites. Get notified when vehicles arrive and leave.
Speed and event alerts
Set a speed threshold and get push or email alerts when it's exceeded, along with power disconnection and geofence events.
90 day trip history
Play back any vehicle's routes, stops, speeds and times. Useful for disputes, business travel records and driver conversations.
Interstate ready
Set a time zone for each tracker, so trip reports for your Sydney and Perth vehicles both show the right local times.
Pro plan for fleets
Faster updates and the tools you need once you're managing people as well as vehicles.
- 10 second updates and corner detection
- Sub accounts for managers and staff
- Maintenance logs and reminders
- Detailed reports and cost tracking
The right tracker for each vehicle in your fleet
Most businesses end up with a mix. They all report into the same account, on the same map.
Trucks and heavy vehicles
Wired in permanently with 9V to 36V support, so it suits 12V and 24V systems. Updates every 10 to 30 seconds while moving.
Owned vans, utes and company cars
Hidden behind the dash where it can't be unplugged, with a backup battery that keeps tracking for up to 2 hours if power is cut.
Leased, salary packaged or hired vehicles
Plugs into the OBD2 port with no wiring or modifications, and moves to the next vehicle in seconds when the lease ends.
Trailers and unpowered equipment
Battery powered with strong magnets and an IP65 housing. Reports every 3 minutes while moving and lasts around a month per charge.

Business and fleet tracking questions
Setting up a larger fleet or mixing vehicle types? We're happy to work through it with you.
How many vehicles can I track on one account?
There's no limit. You can start with one or two vehicles and add more as the business grows, naming each one so it's easy to find on the map.
Do your trackers work in trucks and 24V vehicles?
Yes. The PLX5 supports 9V to 36V, so it suits 12V and 24V systems, including trucks and machinery. The PLX8 also works with both 12V and 24V systems through a standard OBD2 port.
How often do the trackers update?
On the Standard plan, the PLX5 and PLX8 update every 30 seconds while moving. On the Pro plan it's every 10 seconds, with corner detection for more accurate routes. The battery powered PLX3 updates every 3 minutes while moving.
Can managers and staff have their own logins?
Yes, with the Pro plan. Sub accounts let you give staff their own access and restrict which vehicles and information each person can see.
Can I use it to check business kilometres?
Trip history records every trip for 90 days, including routes, stops and times, so it's easy to review when and where business travel happened. Check with your accountant about what records you need to keep for tax purposes.
We have vehicles in several states. Does that work?
Yes. You can set a time zone for each tracker, so trip reports show the correct local time wherever the vehicle is based.
Will GPS tracking reduce our fuel costs?
Tracking shows you where every kilometre is driven, which makes it easier to spot detours, unplanned trips and after hours use. Any savings depend on what you change once you have that information.
Do we need to tell staff their vehicles are tracked?
In most cases, yes. State laws generally require written notice and a legitimate business reason. Our GPS tracking legislation guide covers each state.
