Real time tracking mode represents live data of tracked objects. Information is updated every 30 seconds without needing to refresh the page or re-login to the account.
With geofences you are able to make a virtual perimeter on the map. Notifications are triggered when the geofencing tracker enters or exits the area.
Monitored data contains vehicle status, latitude, longitude, altitude, address, speed, connection time, ignition status, fuel consumption, sensor data, nearest geozone and much more.
POI (Points of Interest) allow you to put markers at the locations that might be interesting or useful. You can also name the place, add short description, attach an image or even video to it.
You can set events to trigger certain actions such as speeding. Set email/push notifications triggered by different event types.
History allows you to playback up to 90 days worth of data, such as speed, time, location, stops, reports, events, etc.

Not for the PLX8, which plugs into the OBD2 port, or the PLX3, which attaches with built in magnets. For the PLX5 we recommend an auto electrician, so it’s hidden out of sight and wired to permanent power.
No. After 5 minutes without movement the tracker switches to a low power sleep mode, and wakes the moment the vehicle moves again.
There’s no need. Every tracker includes an enterprise Telstra IoT SIM with unlimited data. Consumer SIMs are often blocked when used for tracking, which can leave your device disconnected without warning.
There’s no limit. Start with one vehicle and grow to a full fleet. On the Pro plan you can create sub accounts, so staff or managers only see the vehicles you choose.
Yes. The PLX8 and PLX3 can be moved in seconds. A PLX5 can be moved by an auto electrician in about 30 minutes. Then just rename the vehicle in your account and keep tracking.
Yes, provided you follow your state’s surveillance laws. This generally means giving staff written notice, often 14 days, and having a legitimate business reason. See our guide to Australian GPS tracking legislation.
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers with strict access controls, and we never view or share it without your permission.
