Follow the steps below to set up your GPS tracker

Choose your subscription plan and sign up on our website. Your account will be activated, and your login details will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
*Your IMEI number will be found on the GPS tracker.

Plug your tracker into your vehicle’s OBD2 port, typically located around or beneath the steering wheel.
If you’re having trouble locating it, refer to your vehicle’s manual or search online for a photo reference.

FAQs
How do I know if my vehicle is compatible?
Most petrol vehicles from 2006+ and diesel vehicles from 2007+ in Australia have an OBD2 port and are compatible with the tracker.
- If you’re unsure, you can:
Check your vehicle’s manual for OBD2 support. - Look under the dashboard for the OBD2 port.
- Search online using your vehicle’s make and model.
If your car is older, it may use an older diagnostic system and may not be compatible. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance!
Can I move the tracker to another vehicle?
Yes! Simply unplug the tracker and install it in another compatible vehicle. The device will automatically reconnect.
Does the tracker work when the car is off?
No, when the car is off, the tracker enters a smart sleep mode to avoid draining the vehicle’s battery. It will remain online for a few minutes after the car is turned off and will resume tracking once the vehicle is started again.
Does the tracker need to be charged?
No, the tracker is powered directly by your vehicle’s OBD2 port and does not require charging.
What should I do after plugging in the tracker?
- Ensure the tracker is firmly connected to the OBD2 port.
- Start your vehicle and let it run for a few minutes to allow the tracker to initialize (it’s best to go for a short drive).
- Grab your login details from the email we sent you and have a read of the platform user manual.
How long does activation take?
Once you’ve signed up for a subscription, we’ll activate your tracker and send your login details within 24 hours. On rare occasions, it can take up to 48 hours.
If you are a repeat or fleet customer and already have an account, simply email us whenever you’d like to add a new tracker to your account and reference your IMEI.
