At Overwatch Tracking, we’re committed to providing reliable, high-quality GPS tracking products. If something isn’t working as it should, we’re here to help.

12 Month Warranty

All Overwatch Tracking products include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault during this period, please contact us and we will try and resolve your issue remotely. If this fails, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

Returns

We accept returns for items that are faulty or not working as intended. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or compatibility reasons, so please choose carefully.

We can make an exception to this rule if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us ASAP to cancel or change your order.

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@overwatchgpstracking.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if available)

Once reviewed, we’ll either try and resolve the issue remotely or provide return instructions. Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet certain consumer guarantees.
